TEHRAN – The Legal Medicine Organization released a report on Wednesday evening announcing that 3,117 people were killed in the recent violent protests in Iran.

Of this number, the organization said, 2,427 are innocent fellow citizens, including security forces and people from various strata. It said they were martyred by the Daesh-style attacks by violent rioters.
